I believe that we hold the future of our health in our own hands. Yes, the doctor and other health care providers are a great source of information and research-backed studies, however it is up to us to take charge of our well-being. A doctor is not going to tell you to meditate or to find a water source that is ideal for optimum hydration. A doctor doesn’t really know how you feel inside. You can describe your feelings but only you know the way you feel.

For long-term health and fitness, we must learn what is right for our health. When you eat certain foods does it weigh you down or increase your energy? Does it improve circulation and heart health? Is it clogging up your digestion pathway or facilitating complete absorption, elimination and detoxing? By the time we are teens or early twenties we know how our bodies react to a variety of foods.

Most of us don’t pay attention to the way bodies react however, we should start focusing on how we feel when we consume certain foods.

The way we think can make us either mentally up or cause us to fall into a depressed state. It’s important to spend time each day to assess or review what we accomplish or learn and how to improve on what we may need to make better. This requires us to spend time reflecting through meditation and learning how to filter and file away those things that are heavy on our minds.

That’s the purpose of this website . . . to guide our lives in such a way that we can live mentally strong and free by feeding our bodies and minds the right food.
